Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Opened trading card products can't be returned. Retro games carry a 90-day warranty: if a game stops working, we'll replace it or refund it.

Pickup orders

Orders are held for 7 days. Bring the order email and a photo ID.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid in full and can be cancelled for store credit until the release date.

Event conduct

Be kind, keep the tables clean and follow the judge's call. We may ask anyone to leave who makes others feel unwelcome.
